A great tool for functional fitness.
For those interested in something different this is a great tool from the functional fitness school of thought.I have bought the 10 kg one. It is the ideal weight for me.It is well constructed and has a dead bounce.Moreover it takes up very little space.I do slamming exercises with it in addition to my regular dumbbell, kettlebell, mudgar (indian clubs) and gada(mace).I do not go to a gym or use machines. I would recommend this product to any fitness enthusiast.

I have purchased this product for my gym and actually its working really great you can perform various exercise which you can definitely Google it.The only thing why I gave it 4 rating is it started bouncing back little after few days as Dead bounce ball should not bounce back..Remaining it's perfect go ahead and buy it.

Dead bounce is really dead
Almost zero bounce...only irritating aspect was that the filling inside the ball moves about(perhaps needed to have dead bounce).

Great for exercise.
Good product. No bounce at all. Can do great high intensity exercise. Good for Strength, Fat loss exercise. Lost almost 4 kgs in a month. Make sure to move away from Alcohol.

Best weighted ball for home or gym workout
Very happy with the product. It is so good to workout. I carry it in my car wherever i go so i can workout. Definitey worth buying if you want to train at your pace anywhere you want.
