I purchased this product but the manual gives ABSOLUTELY NO INSTRUCTIONS on how to use it!!! The first page gives the contents & Specifications. The second gives Safety Precautions & Maintenance Precautions. The next page announces Parts Introduction. The next 2 pages give Function & Technology Features. Following is Operation Precaution & Operation Instruction which basically tells you tells you how to turn on & off the unit and the # of minutes to use it. The next 2 pages dedicated to Quick User Guide. Following is Facial Care which includes 2 pages. Page 10 & 11 are dedicated to Body Shaping which includes Arms, Breasts, Waist & Abs, Legs, Hip(s), & Feet. Finalizing with Tips on Use & After Use. There is NO demonstration on their site or on YouTube that I've been able to find. It is very frustrating to me to purchase a product from a company who FAILS to give complete instructions

The device nice and slick, buttons works perfectly new! Dont mind the preview comment low rate about the battery not charging. The device need the cord wire connected to work, so simple! Everything works great and I know its working because i have costochondritis. Its an inflammation from the ligamen connected to my rib cage on my chest. There was inflammation after i came back from work so I tested the device. Blue lightand ion+ and ultrasonic for 10 min. The pain and inflammation from my chest was gone! So happy its working! I cant wait to try the other many features it can do! Hands down best device! Big thank you for the seller! The box arrive nice and neat well protected! Oh i am going to order one for my mother also!

Second time we give it a try and this time was worst than the first time. I wont even heat up at all.

I'm not to thrilled with this product, I have had this for at least a couple of mths now and either I'm doing something wrong or this does not work like it says it's suppose to....especially with the gloves, sometimes they work and sometimes they don't I don't get it.....I paid a lot of money for this and can't seem to get it to work properly
