size is nice, but flimsy and laundry bags are cheaply made....curious to see how long this hamper will hold up even when gently used. We'll see...

Sitting at home with the pandemic? Annoyed about how messy your house is now that you're there 24/7?It turns out I desperately needed this. Things that are annoying when you're at work most of the time are a lot more annoying when you're at home!Say goodbye to piles of clothes on the floor! (well, not completely good-bye, but it's a lot better). I love having the double laundry bags and the sturdy divider. This is a lot better than the other ones I reviewed online. the divider is particle board or something like that - a LOT better than cardboard! I love the way it is so well designed. The laundry bags hang in each section, with handy little toggles to stick into loops in the corners of each section. Because the laundry bags come out, it's so easy to just cary them down to the washer. I love it!It also actually looks nice, not cheapo like some of the others. It's real fabric on the outside. I don't have a lot of room in my bedroom so I put it out in the hall. You can see it right at the top of the stairs from the front entry way but I don't care - it looks fine! No, it's not enough divisions for all our laundry. But we still have our old laundry hamper so now we have three. And it is totally worth it. I wish I had ordered one years ago!One funny note about assembly. The instructions, which I assume were translated from another language into English, say to "unzip" the central divider. Then use a hoop and loops to close it. I could find no zipper at all. And there was certainly no hoop anywhere and the only loops were the ones that you slipped the laundry bag toggles into. When I was putting it together (it's pretty obvious what to do), I realized it would be great if the particle board fit into a slot in the middle instead of leaning against the fabric divider. Then I realized! It is folded over and held with velcro! it's so carefully designed I didn't even see it at first! Then it hit me - velcro = hoop and loop!! Good for a laugh! so "unzip" the velcro and slide the board in. Reseal. Voila!

I ordered 5 hampers total because the first three that came were such bad quality or unlike the photos or way too small. I then ordered two more (this one and one with metal X bar legs). This one arrived in a much larger box than the other 4, so to me that meant it was possibly sturdier and I was correct. It arrives in a box the width and height of the hamper. All you have to do is stand it up (open it up) slide the bottom piece in and the center wood piece and it’s ready to go! It was super simple. Oh and of course add in the two easy to place and remove clothes bags. I got a new hamper because our old one had a soft top and our cats would jump onto it and fall in. This one has a soft top with I think a magnetic closure so the cats jump on it and stay put. This one is the perfect size and inside it has small “dark” and “light” labels to help sort your clothes correctly. This one was a tiny bit more than my original budget but it was by far the best one and extremely easy to assembly. About 1 minute total.

I have been wanting to make this purchase for months but due to the mixed reviews I've read, I kept putting it off despite my old IKEA double laundry hamper falling apart, lol. However, I am so happy/glad I decided to make this purchase!Order arrived earlier than forecasted, assembly was easy and straightforward. Each bag is pre-labeled, one for "white" and the other side for "dark." Each bag holds a heavy full load of clothes. Handle and mesh bag itself all seem sturdy and easy to take out and transport for laundry. I have only started using it for a couple weeks so I hope its wear and tear last long.Only downside is product had a very strong chemical smell, but after a few days it went away.Will buy again.

The media could not be loaded.  UPDATE: 11/13/2019:As soon as my review went live on Amazon, I was contacted by the maker in under 30 minutes, offering me a free replacement to make sure I was happy with the product I paid for, and I accepted.The replacement arrived two nights ago, and when I assembled it, the center divider went in much much smoother without ripping the cloth, or issues fitting it in. It just slid right in!Considering the time from my first purchase and this replacement, I know they didn't update the hamper that quickly, so I am going to assume my first one was just a fluke.For the amazing service, and totally different user experience, I am going to change my overall rating from 3 stars to 4, for the fully functional hamper and the stellar customer service from SUPERJARE's customer support.ORIGINAL REVIEW:This Double Laundry Hamper and Sorter comes with removable mesh bags, a magnetic lid, built in handles for easy carrying, and is collapsible whenever you need to take it somewhere new.Each side and bag fits quite a lot of clothes in them. It fits about a week’s worth of clothing and underwear per bag. There are even labels to separate the clothes by darks and lights.It is quite easy to take down and collapse. Remove the bags, the inserts at the bottom, and then the middle, and it is ready to fold up and take away.Putting it back together is another story though. Every time I tried to re-insert the center, I had to fiddle with it more than I would have liked. In fact, the day I received it, the cloth protector for the center insert was ripped while putting it in, so now I have a permanent tear on it. Since it is inside, and this hamper remains clothes at all times, it is out of sight and out of mind.The simple and effective design provides a quick and easy laundry solution for my room. I opted for the black hamper, but it also comes in Linen Cream and Oxford Brown. I would definitely rate it higher if it didn't rip when inserting the center insert, as I am now left with a damaged product, which no one ever wants.
