No steam out, only use for half a year!

It maneuvers easily & gets hot quickly. The head pads will wear out quickly. 2 is not enough.Hot water alone doesn’t clean up everything.All in all not a bad purchase but it’s a little expensive for the quality & job it does.

We received this order quickly and we pressed it into action immediately! We love it! Our floors are nice and clean, no easy feat with three big dogs, and all completed in minutes. Friends encouraged me to buy a steam mop because they said it would be my favorite. Next to my Dyson vacuum, this is my favorite mop.

Bought what I thought was a new product. Came with left over water in the reservoir!!

I like the cord length and that it starts working quickly once plugged in. You have to hold a button down to make it steam and I wish it had something that helped with scrubbing extra dirty sections. All in all it works great and I’m happy with it.

I would like a response from this...this item had water in the removable tank. What's the deal?? Was it returned to you and then resold to me. This steamer is small but very powerful. I am totally satisfied .
