I really like the bag but during the first week of use the handle ripped off the bag. I've tried to reach out to LD FREE with no response.

This is the only review posted that you will read on here by a 100% paying customer. Everyone else seemed to have been given this backpack for free in effort to give a 5 star review. I Received this backpack and first initial reaction does not match the product picture at all. I have heard of this happening from time to time on Amazon but never thought it could happen going directly through the Amazon fulfilled manufacturer of the backpack. Was not for lack of paying or choosing a third party vendor. Okay that was the first strike.Second strike material /fabric is not even in the same league as a samsonite backpack or jansport. This is a very cheap fabric used. I am positive the material will not last or hold up with the daily use that I purchased this backpack for. That's the second strike.Now the third strike, the size is very very small. I was shocked on how small it really is. Others who were given this for free went on and on about how much they could fit in here. Let me tell you how I filled this backpack to its max. Qty 1 fifteen inch laptop. Qty 1 charger for laptop. Qty. 1 over the ear headphones. Qty .2 notepads. Qty. 1 phone charger. Qty.1 earbuds. And a couple of ink pens. No room for a lunch bag or even a bottle of water with those items packed.Cheaper options I have seen on Amazon for A very similar experience. This review was written in effort to put forth a honest paying customers review versus the garbage this distributor tries to do by giving their product out for free. I took a leap of faith in high hopes and am very letdown by the quality of the purchase

I needed a 40L bag and this one fit the bill...One thing I want to mention first...I always take my laptop to the range....this one is listed as holding up to a 14" laptop....I put a 17.3 inch laptop in this bag with no issues. Perfect. This has quickly become my GO TO bag for the range. The fact that I can leave the waist belt on or take it off is great too...its MOLLE so you can do that. If you choose to leave it on that's cool too...You dont loose any MOLLE because it follows through on the waist pack too...still room to add your fav MOLLE attachments with no issues. I added a MOLLE water bottle holder and a cellphone holder to this pack. The extra padding means it wont kill my back having something hard like a laptop in there plus it adds to the protection of the laptop itself. The padding on the shoulder straps is breathable along with the back padding..no sweaty backs carrying this dude around with you. Large Drag Handle on it too...I can grab it or use it as a backpack either way. The additional side pockets are zippered so I can toss keys and other goodies in there that I want to quickly access and I dont have to worry about loosing them. The stitching and material is all top notch. Belt, chest and shoulder straps allow enough extra strap to fit a pretty big person. My buddy is around 300lbs...hes a big dude...he put it on with no issues...then went home and ordered one. Guys all technical stuff aside..this bag is tough and a perfect size for an EDC...I have been using this one for a month now as my range bag for my extra gear...its been tossed and flung and drug around...still the same as the day I got it just a little dirtier.  I bought a "molle" bag from here on Amazon about a year and a half ago based on the design and some of the testimonials.What I didn't know is that the bag would, in a short period of time, fall apart. And, we're talking about the stitching and the canvas ripping.This bag when I compare it to that bag which hold camera accessories. There's no comparison in the quality of this new bag in all facets but most certainly build-quality.This bag is by my estimation about 6 inches taller and about 2 inches deeper when fully expanded.This bag seems to have it all.+ Roomy front and center pouches+ Detachable, versatile bottom bag that doubles as a "fanny pack"+ Several drawstrings and rings to attach exterior items+ Ergonomic back support system-- to cut down on the weight you'd carry.+ Soft, curved bag handle+ Padded shoulder straps+ Fully lined+ Double-stitched.I guess the true test of the quality of this bag will (and should be) how well does it hold up over time. If anything changes with this bag, I will certainly update this review as I did with my first mole bag.In the meantime, I stuffed this bag with unusually big boxes, a handful of magazines, a 12.3" tablet and a bottle for one of the side pouches and I'm happy to report (and show via the video) that the bag seems durable and a safe investment.Excellent product.Product provided for review by the seller.
