The Strong, non elastic cotton tape Fabric is bleached and has a soft and supple feel. The tape has a computerised unwind design which Means it comes off the roll very smoothly and it unwinds to the core. The tape is 13. 7M in length and available in the following widths: - 1. 25cm, 2. 5cm, 3. 8cm and 5cm. zinc oxide is used for the immobilisation of joints. The smooth unwind means it is very good where you Need controlled application, For example when taping hands in professional boxing. The strength of the actual tape material Of the Firstaid4sport zinc oxide is on average 43lbs per linear inch. This strapping tape will best stick On The first application to the skin so try Not to handle It too much. To increase the adhesiveness of any sticky tape, warm It up slightly and prepare the surface, with a pre tape spray, skin tougher or adhesive spray and then give the tape a good rub to warm once applied, so the adhesive will have No reason not to last The distance.

TRUE Hypoallergenic
Long story short. I am extremely allergic to adhesive tapes that come in contact with my skin. The contact dermatitis is painful and damaging. It looks like a burn first and then turns into boils that leak. Very painful and slow recovery with or without steroid drugs and antihistamines. So you can probably understand how happy I am with this product? I have no reaction to it at all. I am still cautious to only use it when I need it and not keep it on my skin when it is not needed.I cannot recommend this product enough and I have also been buying from Firstaid4sport for many many years. This tape is great for supporting muscles and joints or to be used when weight lighting/CrossFit.

INGENIOUS STUFF
I bought this because I was sick and tired of one particular pair of shoes that I couldn't break in and they ripped my feet apart with blisters,I waited till my feet had healed then used a double layer of this on the sensitive part of my heel, dont' use lint or anything stick the tape straight to your foot or wherever you want to use it,when I took my boots off at the end of the day you could really see where they had had a go at the tape but my feet where intact, I used this till the boots softened and now my feet are fine and so are the boots, this stuff is ingenious I will in future always have a supply to hand

Great for climbing
I bought this tape as the skin on my little fingers kept blistering and eventually cracking when rock climbing.I put the tape on over the offending area before climbing, and it would last about 30 minutes of climbing before slipping or becoming unstuck. This gave my skin enough of a rest to avoid blisters, and they eventually toughened up enough to go without tape. It's easy to use, but you need to bring scissors to cut it, as it is too tough to tear off.

Quality tape. 10/10
Brought this tape for a injured wrist few years back because somebody recommended it, helped with going the gym and lifting weights an also made it feel alot stronger, also used this tape in sports like handball and football did the job.The tape is also strong enough to wrap around hockey or tennis racket handles, friend of mine used it for re-gripping most of his hockey sticks and it lasted awhile, and the tape is so thick I still have it to this day four years down the line and use it for almost everything.Highly recommendHope review helps...

This is the hard to find type used by the Army.
Ordered the wrong thickness and only realised after payment, but this is the best stuff for preventing blisters on your feet or body and the kind that the army uses. Just make sure you trim any puckers and bong over lap the application if that’s what you use it for. Zinc tape is sticky as hell even this kind which isn’t as bad as some, and that is part of why it works. This one works best because it’s a medium amount of stick and you don’t end up with too much white squidg out on your socks or footwear.

A good price but...
The tape was a good price but it was not as effective as the Strappal I had before. I needed it to hold a splint in place for a mallet finger injury. It does not stick to itself however it does stick directly to the skin sufficiently. It also was a little too stretchy. I contacted the seller and they were very helpful offering a return or a discount on another product. I did persevere with it and it did the job.

Does the Job
I picked up five rolls of this tape for a thumb injury I suffered. I put it on before I roll in class. It's fairly easy to put on. Putting the right amount of tape on takes a while to get used to. Too much and you'll lose all the blood going to your fingers. Too little and the tape doesn't do anything.I'm happy with the tape though I'm keen to try another brand as they never last a while class. Towards the end of rolling I normally have to remove it as it's all came loose.

A small price to pay for blister-free feet
This stuff is a must have if you're regularly walking/hiking long distances. It's saved my feet many a time. Great for preventing blisters if I tape known hot spots before I set off. It's also come in handy for taping blister plasters in place on the few occasions I've forgotten to apply tape before setting off.
