Nice product, value for money
Initial impression is good. Very easy to set up, done myself. Speaker sound is not good, sound from my phone is better. Aux input port and speakers are placed at an awkward place, when the cable is inserted, there is not enough space to place phone or tablet, and speakers also get covered when phone or tablet is placed, and voice get muffled. But the machine servers the purpose of exercise, well. Received four days before scheduled delivery date.Update: I'm using it for 3 months now, today when was walking, I heard a cracking sound, on verification it is seen that the running board is broken. My weight is 75kg only.Update: Company has replaced the running board with a new one, having better load bearing capacity. Good after sales service by Powermax.

Justifies the price
I have been using it for past couple of months and here is my take : It justifies its price.Pros :PriceFoldable and very compactGood for walking and running at 8 km speedCons:Belt width should have been little more.Its very narrow.Motor makes a bit of noise.Diesnt give much confidence at speeds greater than 8-9 km

Need help to get my treadmill repaired ans Powermax is not helping me even in the warranty period.
I have got my treadmill not working after 6 months of buying it from Amazon . I have complained at the customer service of Powermax but they are making many excuses and masking for money to repair the treadmill even in its warranty period . This is just disgusting .Can't expect such a customer service. So I want amazon to please help me in that case. As I have bought it fom there and it is in its warranty period. Even they are not sending back our original treadmill motor which the mechanic taken with him when he visited once. Pls help me I am very tired of this now

Running platform cracked with in 2 months
With in 2 months of usage (2 to 3 times per week) the running platform cracked. Writing this review with very disappointment. Can any one please tell me how to claim warranty. Because I couldn't find any contact details.
