All metal sprayer
This sprayer, head and handle are all metal if you are looking for solid construction. No plastic in the handle or base or sprayer head. I have not installed the sprayer yet but all components seem to be sturdy and operational. I purchased due to the fact it is all metal.

I like it, but
We've been having problems with plastic versions of the sprayers breaking often so I bought a metal one. However, if you're using hot water wear gloves because the whole handle gets extremely hot quick. I do feel that there could be a way for them to reduce that issue but I'm sure it would cost more because you'd be increasing supply to make the product time to make the product so how many people would buy more expensive sprayer to reduce the heat to the end I don't know that answer.

Warning, this company has falsified their support contact information.
Additional Warning: Customer service number listed is for an unrelated business. I spoke to a man who has received many calls about this product, but works for a company that has no relation to this listing or retail sales. My sprayer started developing problems with the press valve a few weeks after installation. My new impression of this product is that it is some foreign company that bought a bunch of badly made bidet sprayers and remarked them as kitchen sprayers. Id they were an upstanding seller, they would not have falsified their contact information. Next time I will buy from a trusted company. Disappointed with the money spent and now lost.I read many reviews, and I can now agree that.. be warned:(1) If you don't have a 1/2" MPT outlet to connect to, it will likely take a trip to the plumbing store to make it work.(2) Entire handle is made of stainless steel which conducts temperature quickly - if you like to spray hot water you will need to figure out your own method of insulting your hand while spraying.(3) It looks modern / high-end and has very powerful spray for the cost.Other notes:• It's a 'petit' unit that will work well for smaller hands and take minimal room on your counter.• They send you an abundance of adapters, washers, teflon tape and fittings (only 1 thing helped me).• If your countertop is over 1.5" thick, the deck mounting hardware will not work.• It's not perfect, but I am not completely unhappy either. If I hadn't put so much time into installing it, I would return it, but it sprays well, and I need to move on to other priorities.

No instructions but great quality sprayer
This is a handsome sprayer and oh my gosh it has amazing amount of power. It's almost too much. I have only seen that kind of pressure coming out of a commercial type sprayer. I almost took off a point because it had no instructions for installation although anyone that slightly handy should be able to figure it out. I did have to purchase about another $20 worth of supply lines and reducers because I was connecting in to 3/8 plumbing and the sprayer is designed for 1/2 in water lines so you're in luck if you already have half inch supply lines. The unit seems very high quality heavy metal nothing cheap about it for the price I think it was a bargain. you can plumb into your hotline or your cold line. You don't have to have your faucet running to use it. I chose to put it in my cold line because many times were filling up watering cans for plants it has enough pressure that cold water will be fine for pre rinsing dishes for the dishwasher which is our primary use. If you hand wash your dishes I would recommend plumbing it to the hot side.

Will need extra parts to install
To spare any other first time single female homebuyers with worthless ex-boyfriends who are supposed to still be their friends the headache I endured trying to install this, I had to buy these 3 extra parts for this dang sprayer to work. The hose they provide to hook up to the faucet is 1/2” and the standard, in America anyway, I found is 3/8”. So after 3 trips to Lowe’s I ended up having to purchase a 1/2” to 3/8” faucet connector hose, a 1/2” steel pipe nipple to connect the two 1/2” female connections, and a 3/8” valve adaptor. Perhaps there’s an easier way, but their provided connector hose has a weird end piece that I couldn’t find anything to replace so I basically just extended the hosing to accomplish a 3/8” end connection to the water supply valve itself. Unfortunately when I was looking this was the only matte black sprayer I could find. The instructions were also god awful, as was the video that’s supposed to help. All in all, it’s pretty and has great water pressure, but it was a b!+€# to install.

Powerful sprayer - love it
I was aware of reviews commenting on 1) the need for additional hardware for an install and 2) the problem with becoming too hot to handle. I did an install direct to my incoming tap line, as I believe this unit is intended. (It does not have a fitting of the right dimension to attach to a faucet with diverter.) I had a T on my cold tap, originally for a fridge ice maker that I don't use, so I hooked up to that. Yes, it took a trip to the hardware store to pick up a few parts; about $10, but they are pretty standard adapters that you should be able to find anywhere. This thing is great! I've barely got the tap valve open and it provides a powerful spray, powerful enough that I am entirely happy with cold water. Looks great too, and fits in with the finish on other spotless stainless parts for my sink I ordered from other manufacturers.

Real metal sprayer
This side sprayer is much more robust than the cheap plastic ones. If anything this sprayer flows too much water. I was getting water splashing back up at me while spraying dishes with round bottoms. My fix is to slide some foam pipe insulation over the body of the sprayer. This provides some resistance back against the spray lever making it easier to command moderate spray pressure. If you want more pressure you just squeeze the lever a little harder.I didn't have a problem with hot water but the insulated handle cover solves that too.It would be nice if this came with the proper fitting to screw it in place of the old plastic side sprayer connecting beneath the main sink faucet.
