I bought this for my son's birthday and he loves it. His files are all over his desk, and he said this was nicer looking than traditional plastic file folder storage. It was very easy to install the holding folder and overall very attractive. Love the side cutout sections for carrying it by hand. Not sure of the sturdiness once files are added but certainly is more attractive sitting on a desk.

I work from home and a traditional filing cabinet is too formal for my "cottagey" style. I'd been keeping my files in two cardboard boxes that I had painted, and these were starting to fall apart. When I saw these baskets, I hit buy without much thinking because the picture made them look like the perfect complement to my decor in style and colour. But my expectations were extremely as they look just a tad too perfect for my needs. Ha!The bright yellow colour is muted just enough in real life to cheery but not garish. The frames of the baskets feel very sturdy, like they were designed to hold the weight of all that paper -- I've seen too many decorative file boxes that cannot handle the weight they're meant to carry! The hanging frame was quick and easy to assemble (four bolts). The resulting hanging space is not as much volume as the cases themselves, but it's still generous. As a point of reference, all those files can fill one and a bit traditional filing cabinet drawers.The only thing missing, if I want to be picky, is a little knot of seagrass at the front and a loop attached to the lid to make a closure. :)I live in Mexico, so these took a couple extra days to ship, but then arrived really quickly, almost two weeks before Amazon said they would at order and a full week before DHL's original estimated date of delivery. They were well packed flat with some paper to fill in gaps so the seagrass would not be distorted.

This really brightens up my workspace. I work from home and was looking for something that would be attractive and not industrial looking like most file boxes are. This fits the bill.

I love the look of this file holder. It fits in with my living room furniture; a lot nicer than a plastic egg crate. I have a small house, so must make use of the nooks and crannies. This file holder fits under my antique oak bench right next to the crockery pots.Looks very tasteful.

I absolutely love these! I ordered two and hope they will be back in stock because I will definitely get another one. They are the perfect size for what I needed. The quality is really nice and sturdy and the color is a beautiful dark brown. I highly recommend this item if you’re looking for something that’s nicer than the usual file holders that are on the market. These look great and you’d never think it was a file holder and could be dislayed anywhere in the house.

I really love these wicker/box/baskets . They are kind of pricey but most woven things are. The only complaint I have is the lack of hardware to secure the bottom and install the metal rods to hang the files. They simply are not usable until this is done. I'll either have to use wire at intervals to secure the bottom and I hate that. Maybe plastic ties will work. They definitely won't hold anything unless this problem is fixed. And then there are the metal inserts that came with no screws and I could see getting cut from a bare screw. I think i'm going to use them for holding yarn. They are so cute! The company just needs to fix the problems I noted.

It is a 'natural' product, so there are a lot of gaps where the panels meet each other and things don't quite line up. It has rails for holding hanging files and the lid does close (sort of), but not completely flat. But that said, it's an attractive piece that doesn't look like a file box, and it will likely last a long time.

My box came broken. The box contains 4 tabs to attach the metal frame (that holds the file folders). The metal frame is supposed to have 4 tabs to attach to the box. My metal frame only had 3. Right now, I rigged it with a twist tie because I have a mess of papers that HAS to be cleaned up NOW. I'm very disappointed.
