Perfect. No leaks even with pressure
Surprisingly high quality, perfect size aswell. I love the adapter, super smart design. Suction had no leaks, and you cant find anything for a better price. Great deal.

Easy use for infant Tylenol
I needed another syringe while my son was sick. This syringe can be used for anything, which I love! The bottle topper is a lifesaver for those medications that don’t have the top compatible for syringes.

One part is great, another no too much
Great product, but the top parte ( the white )Sometimes it makes some pressure so it becomes a little difficult for the medicine to come out, but the other part is a good size, and works great for the medicine.

This works very well. When you have liquid medicine that is too low this gets it all out. We used to pour it in a cup and then that would leave us with some waste and another thing to wash. But with the big syringe it's perfect.

Bad syringe but decent adaptor in a pinch
Love the adapter as it works for my 1oz vials and most don't fit. Problem is I need 1ml BD syringes and there's a lot of leakage down the side of the syringe and it takes multiple times to remove all the air bubbles. I can't stand the syringe that it came with as the plunger doesn't remove the medicine in the tip. Also beware that the cap on the adapter likes to pop open occasionally so be careful of spills.
