Q: Hi. Should the fleece side of the blanket be facing up or down?

Hi , It should face upwards, the connector and link to the wore will sit better that way

Q: Can the blanket be used on a Tempur mattress?

You can use them with tempur, the only reason Tempur recommend not to is because their mattresses “achieve your optimum temperature” without one, but it’s perfectly safe

Q: can someone help me? need to turn off blacket after finish or leave it turn on but number is 0 and is off? cause is automatic after set upped hours.

There is a on off switch on the side of the controller right hand side
