This did not do anything to help with urinary and vaginal health for me.

I really am a fan of this probiotic. If you’re prone to yeast infections or uti’s this really helps ward them off as preventive care but also helps with recovering from them (with the assistance of medication.) I dont feel bloated or any time of feminine issue side effect while taking. It does not cause nausea, stomach discomfort, aftertaste or burps. I feel more balanced about a week after beginning taking them. The ingredients are great as well. I wouldn’t be able to afford to use these all the time as they are way to high in price for constant use but will be using them during times where I feel my immune system or feminine and digestive system may feel challenged to ward off any possible infections. Would recommend.

I took this supplement during and shortly after my last period. The capsules are easy to swallow and didn’t upset my stomach. I frequently get yeast infections, UTIs, and BV after my period. This supplement for sure helped me keep everything in balance down there this month. I didn’t experience any issues at all resulting from having my period. I highly recommend this supplement to anyone who struggles with monthly infections. It’s a lifesaver for me and most importantly put my mind at ease about getting an infection. My only complaint about this supplement is that it is way overpriced. There are so many similar supplements out on the market that do basically the same thing and cost a lot less. I personally can’t justify the high price tag for a 30 day supply, but it does work.

This probiotic gives 14 billion CFU along with a cranberry/fruit powder mix at 400 mgs per capsule. The cranberry has always been a wonderful way to support the urinary and vaginal flora to keep this area packed full of antioxidants which help provide a powerful punch for any bacteria which want to get in and cause havoc.There are 30 pinkish capsules per bottle and they work fine in my system. I find this product to be extremely pricey compared to similar probiotics and since they only last for a month, I'm not sure they will fit the budget of many.

From my wife Sarah: This is a nice product that I like to use for occasional issues. At times I've had to take natural antibiotics, and this product is a good idea. It can help replenish the probiotics that get wiped out. I've also needed to douche when I've had a vaginal infection. Again, it's a good idea to replenish the good bacteria. This product is designed for that. I like that it has no dairy and gluten. For me that's a necessity. It's also free of artificial colors, flavors, or sweeteners, dairy, eggs , MSG, GMO's, nuts, peanuts, sesame, and soy. It contains cranberry which is great for bladder issues. So this is a good choice for women, for healthy maintenance of good bacteria.

I get frequent UTI's, then when I take antibiotics, I get the yeast infection, so it has been a vicious cycle. These probiotics seem to help end that cycle. And taking capsules are so much better than the vaginal creams or suppositories. While they are expensive for my fixed income, I may purchase again.

Noticeable difference within days, going through menopause and have had a lot of body changes. This seems to be helpful.

Whenever I feel like i have pee and cant (ladies you know the feeling) I take this and it’s been a lifesaver. In my experience taking these as soon as i get a symptom it’s been very helpful. Within a few hours the feeling stopped. Definitely recommend to all the ladies
