These face frame hinges seem to work very well. I made two large doors (23 7/16 X 91 1/2 X 3/4). I used 5 hinges on each door. I installed these doors on a large opening with existing 3/4” face frame. I did use longer screws on the face frame mounting portion of the hinge due to the weight of each door. I pre-drilled everything and doors went right up with no major problems. Only needed slight adjustments after installation. The soft close worked nicely and smoothly compared to another brand I’ve tried and closed against the face frame in a timely manner. Not to fast, not to slow. The doors haven’t been up very long and time will tell if the hinges last. These are 1/2” overlay hinges and if I get no complaints I will buy again.

Ordered these as replacement hinges for a few broken hinges on cabinets of the house I just moved into. They were simple to install and work fantastic! Great price for 20 hinges and they are soft close! Had tried some from local hardware store that were more expensive and difficult to install. So glad I found these and ordered them. Will be ordering more to finish replacing all hinges on the rest of the cabinets.

These were the closest I could get to my original hinges though slightly longer in overall length by 1/8 inch. It doesn't seem like a lot, but I figured with the adjustment it would be okay. They are decently made and my cabinet doors now shut quietly. I do have a couple that I have to slightly push to close all the way as they stop just about 1/16 ' or so than fully closed. The adjusting screws help some,but limited.I would still recommend these. Be aware the overall length from one edge to the other is 2 3/4" with the adjustment top plate included. My originals had no adjustment plate and measured 2 5/8" as standard hard close hinges. The plates do extend on both sides of the base plate for these, so they do somewhat interfere with any internal shelves that may be in the way by a bit.
