This has been very helpful.
I've lived a healthy lifestyle and have taken probiotics most of my adult life due to lifelong constipation, bloating and other GI issues. Taking probiotics alone never resulted in long term benefits. Taking this prebiotic along with a probiotic (separately) in conjunction with other recent nutritional changes has dramatically decreased my intestinal issues. Lifelong constipation has almost disappeared after 30 days of use and now I have daily regularity. I would say this alone would not have worked for me but in combination with taking a probiotic and cutting out gluten I've noticed slight weight loss, improved sleep, more energy and motivation. I would recommend adding this to a healthy diet.

Manufactured For, not By
This appears to be another name brand -rebrand supplement product that is "manufactured for" and "packaged in", rather than clearly labeled as made by with ingredients from...Trying to research the company and ingredients and sources just leads to an endless web of vendor sites and shill review sites that push the product. The ingredients appear to be identical to many similar products out there of different brand names (almost all "manufactured for" xxxx). If I can't get straight information on the product, I don't consume it. There are plenty of similar products out there that readily and easily provide that information. I need to know where it is made and where the ingredients are from. Third party references don't count unless they are real legitimate third parties.

Good blend
This review is for Amy Myers MD Prebiotic Fiber Powder. This looks like a really good prebiotic mix. It mixes well and has a pretty neutral flavor. It's good, but I don't like "manufactured for" products. It means the name of the label isn't who actually makes the product and it can be hard to determine where, who, actually made it.

Decent fiber mix
As part of my hearth health regimen I have started adding soluble fiber mixes to my morning supergreens smoothies to lower my cholesterol. My digestion system isn't "irregular" so I won't be able review that aspect as well as some other reviewers might.Taste: It's not entirely unflavored, so advertising it as flavorless isn't entirely accurate. There's a slight sweetness and a hint of banana notes. It's not unpleasant to my taste buds, so I don't mind it.Mixability: Dissolves completely with a bit of shaking or stirring. Since it's a fine powder, it doesn't have that borderline oatmeal consistency that many traditional fiber mixes have when mixed in a drink.Digestion: Seems to keep everything moving well and cuts down on bloating and gas a bit, but again, I'm not the ideal test subject for this aspect.Value for the money: It's a bit pricey. I'm not sure if I can recommend this over cheaper fiber options, but it's a fairly unique mixture so you might try it if you're looking for something new or different.

I like Dr. Amy’s books, but I’m not super impressed with this
I like Dr. Amy’s books, but I’m not super impressed with this. I think Dr. Amy had great information that she shares with the world. However, i’m not thrilled with this, or any of her other products. Don’t get me wrong, they are absolutely decent products, there’s not a problem in the world with them, but they are ridiculously expensive. Yet another one of those proprietary blends were they make it seem as if they have some sort of magic that nobody else could possibly have. This is a prebiotic, it really isn’t that big of a deal to get it right. There are so many great products out there that cost a fraction of the price. When I looked at the price this seemed a little bit expensive, but when the bag arrived and I saw just how small it was it became a lot more than just a little bit expensive. I think you can do better., Keep looking and find a product at a reasonable price

Great, broad-spectrum prebiotic fiber blend
This is a great, broad-spectrum prebiotic fiber blend. It is made with chicory root, baobab, acacia gum, green banana, larch fiber and Jerusalem artichoke. It is all-natural and easy to dissolve in water. It has little to no flavor to it, so it doesn't impact the taste of the beverages you add it to. I add it to my coffee for put health, and it doesn't change the taste or the texture of the coffee, which is great. This comes in a resealable foil-lined bag. The quality of the powder seems good. For what it's worth, mine is good until 05/2024. A serving size of one scoop (7g) contains 5g of fiber. It also has a little bit of vitamin C and calcium added to it. As mentioned earlier, it is flavorless and easy to dissolve in water. Overall, I like this prebiotic fiber blend a lot. It is easy to use and good for gut health. Good product.

a good dietary addition!
A good find! Excellent source of prebiotics that don't get expelled, instead they stay in your system as probiotic feeders. The other ingredient I appreciate, that many might not know about is the Larch Bark Extract. My friend had 'the big illness' in 2021 and her naturopath recommended Larch Bark extract and Colloidal Silver. She made a complete turn around. Since then, we have kept Larch Bark extract on hand. When our personal bubble becomes bigger in life, we usually take Larch Bark extract for about 3 days after just in case. We got "the big illness" in May 2022. Symptoms lasted for 2 days and on a scale of 1-10, symptoms were a 1 to 2. Only treatment was the larch bark, colloidal silver and a 36 hour ferment yogurt. So ... who knows?Dr. Davis recommends prebiotic starch with every meal and this is easy to put in coffee and smoothies. Also feeds reuteri yogurt when fermenting. Overall ... a good find and I recommend it.

Expected more
I did not have a satisfactory experience trying this product. It gave me the runs right off the bat. I could not continue this but did try it for a couple of days. This is a pricey product for fiber, there are other alternatives.
