Okay, so. I’ve been doing the whole “cortisol detox” thing for about a month and a half. First, I tried some gummies, and then I saw a bunch of ads for the Nello mix, so I decided to try that and see if I like it better.I’ve only been using the Nello mix for about a week, and it’s not bad. I saw some reviews talking about the flavors being unpleasant (I ordered the Raspberry Lemonade) and it’s actually not too bad at all, depending on what you mix it with. I usually use those zero sugar, zero calorie, “Sparkling Ice” lemonades. It blends well and goes down easy. It doesn’t have a bad smell. Just smells like a standard drink mix.I feel like it’s a bit expensive for how much you get, and the fact that you need to do it twice a day is a little inconvenient. But, I’ll update this review again if and when I decide the possible weight loss effects are worth it or not.

Love this product! I have 1 with dinner as my drink and I end up having such amazing sleep. I havent noticed a change in my weight but I do notice how good I feel and I'm sure eventually with more stress management tactics I can get myself to relax Even More! It dissolved quick and its not gritty, the strawberry lemonade is also very delish! I gave 4 stars because i fell for the tiktok trap that it would help me lose weight, i believe it will with helping my stress management but i have yet to see that result. other than that this product is the best!

I saw this on TikTok and was skeptical (as I’m sure you are too which is why you’re reading this review). I’m on day 5 or 6??? I drink one of these every night before bed, and I got the orange flavor which is pretty dang good.I can’t say anything for long term affects but short term- my sleep quality has improved, I’ve noticed I’m able to fall asleep faster, I’ve had more vivid dreams which I guess could be a pro or con… my overall mood is improved so far. Overall an effective product and I’ll continue purchasing

This stuff actually works! I work night shift and drink mine about 8pm and I have noticed that I do feel considerably calmer after drinking it. I have also noticed that the pesky pooch we women struggle with is considerably less than it was. Iv lost about 10lbs just by drinking this. The flavor does take some getting used to but it’s not bad just more raspberry than lemonade. I will be buying more!

Maybe i dont know enough about how stress works in my own body , but i used this once before and now once again , typically before sleep . i think it helps me sleep or maybe its all in my head, the flavor is nice given you use enough water to somewhat dilute the granite texture and mix well. it dissolves quite easily in a shaker cup or using a small coffee mixer. as for vitamin content i can only compare it to what is ideal based on several google searches and recommendations and this meets those standards. its smell is exactly like what is says on the package and smells like it too. overall pretty pleased and helps with sleep in my books.

I am a 41 year-old female. I did not buy this product to lose weight. I lead a very stressful life and was wanting to find an option to destress a little. I’ve been on this product for a little over a week and I have felt a tremendous difference in my overall body Mentally and physically. Not sure I’m able to save this, but I have not had a sex drive in years and taking this product has increased my sex drive and intensified my big O. I don’t get the afternoon exhaustion or tiredness anymore. I’m only taking half of the dose as in a causes for you to take two packets a day. I’m only taking one packet at night because I know how my body works and that is what’s working best for me for some people it might be too sugary tasting, but I am or was a sugar addict. This product has also helped with my sugar cravings after dinner as I drink this and replace of a dessert I definitely highly recommend this for someone who is just looking to distress their body.
