This is amazing! I love the quality its long enough to cover my lower belly (I've had a C-section so I have a small apron) im 5'4" and 180 lbs I ordered a medium, it's true to size and holds everything in, its comfortable enough to wear all day at a med/high physical job 9 to 5. I must say though when I lay down I do start breathing heavy so if you're planning on sleeping with it (get a faja) this may not be the one. But for daily use/exercise this is amazing the boning is strong but isn't pokey and its 100% more comfortable than any other waist trainer I've ever worn! I wish I found this sooner!! DEFINITELY WORTH THE MONEY!! I will be wearing this everyday to work! It's to soon to see results but I'm expecting (and am sure I will) see a difference this is exactly what I was looking for! I definitely recommend over sweet sweat (especially after C-section!)!!

I just got this today in size M. It definitely runs small! I had to lay down and stuff my belly in there in order to zip it up. It was a struggle! But I do feel secure as it has the clasp closure as well as the zipper closure. I definitely get stomach compression! It's long as well so it gets my lower belly in there.

I’m 5’11, wanted to shed a little extra since I tend to hold weight in my midsection I bought the XL because most people said it fit much smaller. It was a good fit to start with because it was snug enough, but I was quickly on the 3rd hook by end of first week and after 2 weeks I downsized to the LARGE. Probably could have downsized after 1 week.With the LARGE, I’m wearing it on the first hook and it was a little challenge at first to make sure it zipped all the way up but it is the perfect snug fit. So I’m actually glad I started with the XL, just didn’t need it that long. I recommend getting your true size because sizing down might be too small to start. However, everyone is different heights/shapes. Yeah you’ll probably buy another one but better than getting what is too small and you have to wait to even be able to fit to use it or break the hook and zipper.Good back support and stretch. I can move and breathe well in it. I don’t feel too constricted. Love the added thermal layer for extra sweating with my workouts and walks. I was also already intermittent fasting and not drinking alcohol, eating the right foods, etc… so that of course can speed up and add to your results. It’s an overall good addition to any routine you have.The only thing I don’t like is I get a little skin irritation at the bottom left side above my hip but I think that’s just due to a small layer pressing up on the bottom of the trainer. (Only reason I give it a 4)

I order the small because is the smallest one and according to size chart it will be tight but for my is a little bigger that I expected. But is a great waist trainer, I really liked, maybe just is you have a small waist need to order a size down.

Absolutely love this waist trainer. Let’s be real, no waste trainer is comfortable, but this one is the most comfortable one I have yet to purchase. I love that it has a zipper to not only suck in your gut even more, but it allows me to wear it under tshirts without anyone noticing I have one on

The media could not be loaded. The trainer fits so well and very comfortable. It’s just unfortunate I’m just now opening it and realizing it’s a hole from not being properly sewed. I am 5’7 and 161 lbs I ordered a medium and it snatched my fat back. Just don’t know how long it will last with this hole in it…… wish me luck

I brought one for myself and it works good and I sweat a lot when moving a lot in it. I barely work out I use it when I’m cleaning or going on a walk. It makes me sweat a lot. I even brought my mother one and she loved it. Good for back support also.
