Smart choice of ingredients, flavor is for sure pleasant unless you’re a really a picky kid . 5mg worked really well , however I’m trying to just take 2.5 and use intermittently.

This product has been what I was looking for. The flavor combination of blackberry and lemon is just right, not too sweet. The effectiveness of this sleep aid is remarkable, it really helps to have a good night's sleep. I appreciate that it’s made from natural ingredients like Melatonin, Ashwagandha, and Valerian Root. On the improvement side, it would be great to have more gummies per pack and maybe a few more flavor options. But, overall, a good value for the price and definitely worth trying!

I’m an eternal skeptic when it comes to reviews. But let me give you a compelling reason to buy these: the average person should spend about 50% in light sleep and 50% in deep or REM sleep. That’s the ideal. I track my sleep and I NEVER get there. I chewed two- yeah, a little bitter on the back end but it’s medication! After the first night, I was in bed for 9hr 33min, asleep for 9h 28 min- and of that, I was in restorative sleep for 46% of the time. I can’t remember the last time that happened.So yeah, I’m giving this five stars after one dang night of excellent sleep. I’ve tried other sleep gummies and they sure don’t give you the blend of ashwaganda, melatonin, valerian etc that this does, and I think that makes the difference!

These gummies are efficient, aiding sleep and relieving stress effectively. The BlackBerry-Lemon flavor is great, but they can be tough to eat. The sleep blend's effectiveness varies and the cost seems high. Despite these issues, I find the product useful and tasty.

i tried to give my daughters these in place of the regular ones they take. they usually take about 2.5mg of melatonin. the usual ones are a raspberry or other sweet flavor. these do not smell pleasant, at all. given that i was concerned about the flavor. luckily the taste isn't the same as the smell. the flavor however is not very pleasant. my daughters tried one and said no. i tried one thinking they were being picky. these have a bitter taste along with the tart lemon flavor and the tart blackberry.i'm not sure if it's just the flavor or the added herbals but they are not our favorite. as far as sleep goes, i took one a couple nights in a row and noticed about the same as the usual melatonin i take. of course these are 2 per serving and the others are 5mg each so i compared one to half of the normal ones.sleepwise, they work, although you do have to take 2 which puts this a bit higher in cost than all the others.
