The motors have some good power and the control is differential steering. Ease up on one side of the controls to turn. Forward throttle move controls up and reverse is pull controls back. Takes to the water like a duck. But make sure battery is fully charge before going into water so it doesn't get stranded.

It’s a fun toy and it’s really fast. I was amazed at speed. My son and I play with it a lot. I like that it’s very easy to operate. Battery lasts for around 10-15 mins if u are playing with it. I wish it was little longer but it’s enough for kids and my son never complains. I like that it was very easy to put together and work with. Does make a sound as expected with remote toys.

Cheaply made. Car battery compartment clasp broke within first 2 minutes of having toy outside on grassy terrain. Also, exceedingly sharp and pointed hood ornament fell off withinWe JUST got this toy delivered today and spent at least an hour (using the right tools, mind you) trying to get the battery covers off the remote and car to insert/charge batteries. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY and disappointing, cheaply made toy.I will be returning to as I got one for each of my twins.

Broke upon using. No instructions were included. I’m a bit handy and was able to figure out how to use it. Upon first crash the front end broke. We taped it an were able to keep it going. It has a powerful speed but disappointed in the appearance and longevity of the product. I think it would be best use outside because of the speed because it needs space to travel.

The only thing my son asked for from Santa was a RC vehicle. He was SO excited when he opened his gift. We charged the battery and I put it in correctly and GENTLY! Within minutes of turning this thing on, the white clasp broke off. It can't be fixed. The main battery cover therefore will not stay on. I do NOT recommend this product at all. Cheaply made.

This was a great concept, seems very cool — however it’s so fast and strong, if it bumps something it breaks. Ours broke within the first 30 minutes of using it. The front popped off and then another little piece of plastic broke off. It seemed like a great toy , but it’s not strong (durable) enough for its power.

Well, we broke this within about 20 minutes (it still works, we just have to put tape over the battery compartment) BUT I am amazed the thing still works at all the way the kids (and my husband) crashed it around. It goes all over the backyard, crashing into walls, trees and everything in between. It’s pretty darn powerful and the battery lasts a good long while. They have a huge time chasing each other around with it. We won’t be able to try it out in the water now that the battery is exposed, but even so, I think it was well worth the money.

Loses remote connection after 15-30 seconds.I bought 3 for the kids. Tested them alone, tested them together ... same results.Swapped batteries, transmitters ... all no luck.Tried again after letting them sit ... nope.If you want to disappoint someone this is the perfect piece of garbage to use!
