Not as clear as I hoped and sound is not great.
The plug is extremely sensitive. I disconnects too easily..you barely touch it and it comes loose. Also it says it has surround sound but I can't seem to get it to work, I can't tell on the menu if it is on surround sound or not. It says off but I can't get it to switch to on after many tries. I will keep playing with it and update my review if I ever get it to work. At the moment I sort of regret buying this.

Completely worth the cost.
I got a different one originally, but then I got this one and used it as a gift. The other one didn't have HD, only had one HDMI port, and didn't have the lumens this one did. It was twenty dollars more expensive on a black friday sale. This one is awesome, and we love it. It works great with our new PS4.

Customer Support Is Excellent

Sound quality bad
Really disappointed on this item ordered twice and twice it had same problem no sound coming out of aux for speaker .

I received the first projector and the fan starting making a horrible croaking noise about five minutes into the first presentation I tried to give while using it. Nothing I did helped - even letting it cool off and trying again the next day, the fan seemed to have been broken. I contacted customer service and they assisted me by sending me a brand new unit. I just received it, but so far so good! Great customer service at the very least.

Startes out great but doesnt last
Well.. this projector worked well for 2 months now the soundon the speaker is muffled. I only used it maybe 4 times. I registered it and thought that it had a warranty but getting the correct contact information is nearly impossible. My kids are planning an outdoor movie for New Years but I am having to figure how to connect a speaker due to the one on the product is muffled and goes in and out. A complete waste of money. *UPDATE* the customer service helped me and was able tongive me tips on how make it work.

For the price that you pay, this projector provides a great experience for family fun nights and movie nights alike. This product is the perfect addition to some backyard fun and a relaxing time with friends and family.
