Alpaca Llama Plush Pencil/Cosmetic Pouch Bag Purse

The zipper broke the day it arrived! This little guy is adorable and it arrived quickly, but the zipper literally fell apart within the first hour. So it will no longer work as a pencil pouch and my son is heartbroken! For the price, I would have expected better quality hardware; I have pencil pouches from the Dollar Tree that last for years. Especially because this is (probably) intended for kids, the disappointment when it breaks the very first day makes me wish I had never gotten this for him...He told his friends it was coming and now he wants to take it to school anyway - and all his pencils are falling out everywhere. How do I explain this to a child? I don't know if there is any kind of refund/exchange available, but if it had not broken, I would have given this 5 stars.In the picture, you can see that the little metal "loop" where the zipper pull attached simply snapped off . No pull - almost impossible to get the pouch zipped or unzipped, and there is no way to replace it because there is nowhere to attach a new pull now.

The Alpaca Llama Plush Pencil Pouch came in wonderful condition. I purchased mine in brown, and it matches the color in the picture perfectly. The zipper is on its side, so the opening is not that noticeable. It is hard to fit pencils inside the pouch itself, because there is a lot of fluff that outbalances the front and back ends of the plush. But with a little rearranging of the cotton by lightly massaging the cotton fluffs into a flatter shape, then you can manage to stick a few pencils in. This is still so adorable! Makes for a perfect gift.

I bought two of these, a yellow and a pink one! The pink one I hold my makeup. The yellow, I use as a pen case. It is too small to be used as an actual makeup case, but I only had to hold lipsticks and brushes. As for it being used as a pen (pencil) case, it is able to hold quite a lot! I have around 2 mechanical pencils, 4-5 pens, and 5 skinny highlights, along with an eraser. I do find it difficult to close when i have all my supplies in it, but I still manage to keep using it through school! My friends and other classmates do compliment me quite a lot every time I have it out. Once in a while one of my friends or even myself, would use it as a small pillow in classes for the stomach is stuffed.

THIS THING IS ADORABLE. I've had him for a while now and he's held up nicely. He could be used as a wallet or coin purse, for a few pens or pencils, maybe makeup? Although I'd be worried about stuff spilling on his precious white fur. I'm a big ol' baby, too, so I throw him in my bag whenever I feel like I might need the moral support of a stuffed animal but can't bring my giant body-sized black cat that I sleep with. I was also delighted to find that he has a tail!!! It's smaller than a tic-tac and barely there but he definitely has a tail and that makes me so absurdly happy. The thought that the makers added less than a centimeter of fabric to make him a little tail just makes me ridiculously happy.

Wonderful product!! It is extremely cute, deliciously soft, and a great gift for any age. I bought a brown one for myself for college and I went back and bought another one. Its zipper is the same color as the fur which tricks the eye into thinking it is just a stuffed animal but then, to the amazement of all around, it becomes an adorable mini purse. I applaud whoever made this item!!

This little pouch is absolutely adorable. It's soft and cuddly and there is a lot of stuffing but I wanted it more for looks than function. This definitely won't fit all of your school supplies but can fit a few pens/erasers/cosmetic mirror/etc. I got this for a friend who is crazy about alpacas and she loves it. It's not incredibly high quality (but doesn't look cheap) and she hasn't had a problem with the zipper breaking as other reviewers have. The only reason I gave it three stars is because I ordered the brown one and I received yellow. Too close to Christmas to bother returning.

I bought this for my friend as a Christmas present (she likes llamas) and it's absolutely adorable! The pink is slightly more vibrant than in the picture, but I prefer it this way. It's extremely soft and cute, but sadly doesn't fit a large amount of pens/pencils. Either way, it looks more like a stuffed animal than I expected, which I think is very cool! The zipper is on the side, going from the right ear to the right foot, and it's the same color as the fur, so it's hardly noticeable. I got my package slightly earlier than expected, and it was in perfect condition. Thanks!

This pencil pouch is super cute and soft. Long pencils don't fit but most pens and mechanical pencils do fit so that's ok. My niece loves it and hates that it's getting dirty (through handling and use). It's a pencil pouch. It's soft. It's cute. It can be washed.
