Excellent product for the money, good picture and color quality. Perfect size for your bedroom.But poor quality Remote, I am stuck with the TV with out a good remote.

First of all I am writing this review after using TV for more than 1 year.I bought this TV as I watch tv for lesser time so when I bought this TV that time only I was unable to login Youtube .But I ignored and continue using the app without sign onI installed Amazon prime and logged in but whenever I used to click on any of the movie or episode it will not play,I ignored this as well as I am not a daily prime watcherNow come to netflix,it was signed in with my account but you can not scroll up once you're back So this is lack of functions in the tv.Not the software issueNow come to my everyday application,Disney hotstar which I do watch everytime and it has recently came up with update but unable to update,it will ask to Google login but then nothing will happen in the endI spoke with hotstar support they informed me that new hotstar version can be availed by certified google play app which THIS TV DOESN'T has first of all .Appstore app looks like a dummy software installed on the tv .And worst part is there is no customer support for this TV Brand.I am wondering why people have given these many good reviews may be they are HDMI User .Now come to the support part,the number starting from 935 will never be connected and if you drop a mail to the customer care,some moron will reply that motherboard has to be replaced.Seriously?I called technician from urbanclap hoping they will fix it but they told me this is not real Android Tv which can be rebooted.and I struggled to find customer care details as this brand has no longer a official website.so please don't buy this toy.It is not a TV

The media could not be loaded. Great display and sound quality, but apps can be laggy. Vibrant colors and crisp details shine, while clear dialogue and decent bass impress. Just be prepared for some slowdown when navigating apps. I found no brightness related settings and that was frustrating.
