My husband bought this hair dryer for me in October 2024 for my birthday. I absolutely loved it, I love the small size, the quiet motor, and the speed in which it dried my hair. I went from using a couple different hair dryers to just this one as it worked so much faster and I loved how my hair looked and felt after using it. I really like the speed and the settings as well as how the color changes that lets you know what temperature you are using. The only issue was that after using it for less than 5 months the heating element failed and all it would do was blow cold air regardless of the setting. We went through the small pamphlet that came with the hair dryer, tried their recommendations and ultimately had to send an email to the supplier. Since customer service seems to be a thing of the past, we started looking at replacement hair dryers; I was quite surprised at how quickly I received a response back from this company. They requested the invoice number and my information including my address. Today I received a brand new Cosy Companion Hair Dryer that I am excited to start using again. So would I recommend this hair dryer, Yes, Yes I would!. The supplier stands behind their product and made that apparent by their quick email response and sending a replacement dryer. This may not be the top of the line hair dryer but it cost more than other dryers I have purchased in the past. We work hard for our money and when we make bigger purchases for something that is described as top of the line equivalent without the top of the line purchase price, it's a big deal for us! This item has lived up to it's description, I now have a functioning hair dryer that I truly like and this time I hope it last for years!So if you have read this whole review because you want a hair dryer or one for a loved one, I hope this provides you with enough information that you can feel good about this purchase, (keep the box and the paper work, and write your invoice number down incase there's an issue).

The only downside is the attachment, it attaches with a thin magnet inside the rim, and unfortunately, the magnet broke, causing the attachment to stop working. Despite the issue with the attachment, I still think it’s a great value for the price and performs exceptionally well!
